STG Design provided architectural design services for Karlin Real Estate for a three-story, 200,000 sf speculative office building in North Austin. One of the goals of the client is to appeal to technology companies moving and growing in the area. This building is the first of potentially a few other speculative office buildings, as well as three warehouses, which will make up a sizable corporate campus development. This corporate campus is part of a larger, 297-acre mixed-use development that will include multiple retail, hospitality and entertainment venues in addition to open, public spaces.
