Varying in size, four buildings are complete including two 226,000 sf facilities, a 54,000 sf facility and a 90,000 sf facility. Each building offers office, manufacturing and warehouse space to a variety of tenants. A 108,000 sf facility has been designed and 10 additional buildings planned. When Tech Ridge is completely built out, this site will contain over 1.7 million sf of building space. The campus is master-planned to provide a variety of leaseable space with truck docks concealed by screen walls and courtyards, allowing office space to front on landscaping and open areas.
