Day in and day out, we support causes our team members support through STG Gives, a program to recognize and encourage our people’s volunteer involvement and charitable giving. To achieve these goals, we have a dedicated group called Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI). Our EDI group focuses on three key areas: Culture, Community, and Talent. We promote a culture of innovation and inclusion where all employees feel respected and valued as their authentic selves. We strive to positively impact our industry by increasing awareness of the architecture and design field in diverse communities. And, we encourage leadership development and promote equality and racial awareness with the development, retention, and advancement of our employees.
