AUSTIN, TEXAS - March 28, 2023 - 2323 S. Lamar is a mix-used project consisting of affordable housing, live work units, commercial spaces, and restaurant space under multiple levels of multi-family residences. Rising up to a maximum of 5-stories and providing 175 residences to the area, the project’s goal is to offer a unique design utilizing humble materials and vibrant energy projecting on the façade and through interior spaces. The estimated completion is spring 2025.
