Teralta Phase II is the first project and a prototype for the Town Lake Company’s Benchmark Business Park program development projects across Texas and beyond. These urban infill projects offer move-in-ready light industrial tenant spaces ranging from 2,600 to 7,500 square feet. Each unit includes a 20-foot clear-height warehouse and a two-story finished office space. The tilt-up concrete building design aims to achieve economy while providing an attractive destination for local trades and service businesses.
