Adaptability was an essential consideration in the design process. A large suite was built and furnished to accommodate their immediate and future growth needs, which can be divided for sub-tenant occupation until BetterUp requires the entire space. This approach allows for quick expansion while optimizing space utilization efficiently.

Unlike traditional companies prioritizing minimizing distractions, BetterUp wanted their office environment to encourage collaboration and engagement. STG Design was tasked with creating various spaces to unite employees for formal and informal collaborative moments.
