The new space takes advantage of sweeping city and river views, as well as natural daylighting. Architectural elements and interior finishes complement the building’s modern design while defining the office as warm and inviting. STG Design’s inspiration derived from elements specific to Austin, as seen within the sightlines of the project location at 1400 Lavaca Street. The use of colors and organic blending of materials into different planes pays homage to the flowing colors found in Austin’s “violet crown” sunsets and Lady Bird Lake. The result is an environment that exudes southern hospitality and provides an inviting experience to spotlight Butler Snow’s focus, innovation, and teamwork.
