This confidential tech client requested an office build-out with amenity features including several micro kitchens, a full service kitchen, fitness center, community space, game room, and massage rooms. The design for this project draws inspiration from the roots of East Austin and chooses to celebrate the cultural heritage of its neighborhoods. The design highlights East Austin achievements in music, art, and food across Latin American, African American, & melting pot cultural influences over the past 100+ years, and attempts to be educational, reflective, and honest about a relatively unknown part of Austin’s history.
