A South Korean-based industrial material distribution company, iMarket has launched ambitious plans to develop a 212-acre industrial park to attract logistics and manufacturing tenants. STG Design and Gansam Architects collaborated to masterplan a 16-building campus yielding over 2.3 million sf of industrial and office space. Organized around a greenbelt, the campus offers amenities not typically provided in industrial developments. Intentionally people-focused, walking trails, thoughtful street design, and a community pavilion are incorporated into Gradient Technology Park.
