The Griffis Residential design team worked on two different spaces in two buildings. The first is a Leasing and Clubhouse space that boasts a kitchen area with commercial grade appliances for residents to entertain their guests, a watervapor fireplace, billiards, and many areas for social interaction and lounging. Custom millwork bookshelves and a built-in banquette were incorporated to add in a homey and dynamic touch. Adjacent to the lounge area are multiple conference and phone rooms for the residents to use for conference calls or a quick meeting. The leasing area is equipped with private offices, large leasing desks and a coffee bar area that incorporates Griffis signage, a custom end grain island and a gradating tile pattern. The team collaborated with the furniture and art vendors to enhance and complete the space.
The second area STG Design worked on is the Fitness Center. The gym renovation refreshed the space, and provided a focal entry element to draw residents in. In addition, wall covering and art provided an elevated aesthetic.
