The Hayes Innovation Center for Advanced Manufacturing (HICAM) provides co-working incubator space for high-tech manufacturing startups. An existing industrial warm shell building in East Austin has been renovated to provide tenants with R&D space and encourage collaboration. Project features include an event center, classrooms, a podcast room, and workshops to support the next generation of innovators leading the fifth industrial revolution.
