Developer and owner, Highland Resources, Inc., raised the existing single-story Lamar Village shopping center and replaced it with a four-story, Class A mixed-use development. STG Design designed the project which includes 35,000 sf of ground-floor space for retail shops and restaurants topped with three levels of office space totaling 132,000 sf. Lamar Central is LEED® Certified™ for Building Design and Construction: Core and Shell Development.
