Modera Waugh is a 392-unit multifamily community located in the heart of Houston, Texas. STG provided comprehensive interior design services for approximately 18,000 square feet of amenity and common spaces, including the valet and entry sequence, main lobby, leasing office, clubhouse, fitness center, pool deck, loggia, and roof terrace.

Our scope also encompassed the design of elevator lobbies and cab interiors, residential and common corridors, and apartment home interiors featuring two distinct design palettes. STG’s work extended to full FF&E services including selecting major furniture pieces, collaborating closely with the project’s art consultant, and providing design direction for graphic signage and fabrication.

The design embodies a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere, drawing on classical design principles for timeless appeal. Curated contemporary accents and playful art elements introduce freshness and character, creating a layered aesthetic that resonates with residents across diverse lifestyles.
