Co-developed by Newgard Development Group and Pearlstone Partners, the design was completed with architecture by STG Design and interiors by New York-based INC Architecture and Design.

The building features handpicked furnishings, native design elements, hyperlocal touches, and insider Austin culture in every unit, and the lobby and common areas. Amenities include a cafe, coworking spaces, and large bike storage facility at the ground level; a fitness studio, outdoor terrace, and dog park at level 10; and a club room with large rooftop pool and outdoor dining area on level 33.
