The Northview Housing Development is an affordable housing complex for active seniors in North Nashville, TN, catering to those earning between 40% and 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). The 266,000 square foot property will feature 254 rental units with shared amenities such as a fitness center, 2 rooftop decks, a dog park, walking trails, a restorative garden, and other recreational spaces. Additionally, residents will benefit from job skill training, social programming, and wellness offerings through a partnership with Tennessee State University. It will be Energy Star Certified and is the first STG project to pursue a Fitwel (1-Star) Certification.
