The vision is a facility that inspires outstanding employee performance while enhancing comfort and well-being. The design includes flexible, forward-thinking spaces featuring large floorplates and ten-foot ceilings for abundant natural light, and thoughtful connections to nature and the outdoors—including a stunning outdoor plaza—that provide workers with the opportunity to reflect and recharge. Amenities include multiple cafes and state-of-the-art wellness and fitness facilities.

Phase I is a 5-story, 550,000 square-feet single tenant, owner-occupied office project featuring conference and training areas, kitchen and dining facilities, an in-house fitness center, and a client-facing Customer Visitor Center. The project also included an 8-story, 2,000 car parking garage. The project achieved a LEED Gold certification and Austin Energy Green Building 4-star rating. STG provided architectural and interior design services including furniture services as part of a design-build team with Ryan Companies.

Phase II is an 8-story, 420,000 square-foot office project featuring a food hall style dining concept with associated kitchen and a number of unique amenities including multiple outdoor garden roof terraces. This project also included the extension of the Phase 1 parking garage by an additional 1,000 spaces. The project is set to achieve Austin Energy Green Building 3-star rating. STG provided architectural and interior design services including furniture services in conjunction with Austin Commercial as the Phase II General Contractor.
