This six-story project will add about 225,000 SF of mixed-use development on 1.8 acres bordered by Aldrich Street, Mueller Boulevard, and Simond Avenue in the Aldrich Street District of the Mueller neighborhood, northeast Austin. The development includes 200 condominiums – a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three bedroom units – with amenities such as co-working spaces, a rooftop deck with views of Mueller Lake Park, a resort-style pool with outdoor kitchen and cabanas, a fitness studio, and a clubhouse. At ground level, Parkside will have eight office units for sale ranging from 2,000 SF to 3,500 SF each, along with 5,000 SF of retail space for lease. The building wraps around a 375-car garage.
