Each building features extensive glass, 28-foot clear height warehouse space, 40-foot column spacing, and loading docks. STG Design designed the interior finish-out for 220,000 square-foot Sector 7 for two Fortune 100 clients, which required converting the two warehouse buildings to 100% office space.

In addition to Sector 7, STG Design provided architectural services for the Parmer Innovation Center, totaling 1,380,000 square feet of offices, laboratories, warehouses, and entertainment facilities.
