Printers and Bankers Alley

This urban revitalization follows in the footsteps of the City of Nashville’s plan to further activate pedestrian-friendly alleys in historic areas. Sited in a thriving retail and restaurant district, this project, located at the corner where the Historic District Printers Alley meets Bankers Alley, positions a modern residential tower at the heart of pedestrian elements. The 16-story high-rise will create a natural transition to the historic urban core by replacing the existing garage building with 13 floors of residential living organized in over 300 units, and three stories of underground parking. Unique features of this project include a rooftop amenity floor, and a crossover to a six-floor portion on the other side of Bankers Alley that will frame the alley and create a gateway to the alley district.
