New buildings have been added to the site which include two-story Retail and Office building, a 3-story underground parking structure and a 30 stories high Residential Tower. Sustainable best practices are incorporated in each component of the overall development with the help of collaboration, commitment and diligence of the entire design team, construction contractors, the city and the development partners. The site, which was an underutilized urban site, has been transformed into a large scale adaptive re-use creating a dynamic and energized destination.
