Located on a compact site, the project utilizes a point-tower design with an interlocking stair core. In order to receive additional height and FAR on this site using the Density Bonus Program, the project went through a series of complex entitlement reviews and approvals. Ultimately, the project received compliance with the Downtown Urban Design Guidelines, with approvals from Design Commission, City Council, and Planning Commission via alternate methods of compliance due to having street frontage along the TX Dot right-of-way. STG Design, in partnership with Interior Design Firm McCray & Co, designed 284 residential units that reflect a clean, contemporary, and comfortable aesthetic. Sustainable design has been a high priority throughout the design process and the project is currently pursuing AEGB 3-Star certification.
